Meet Erica Chouinard

In Arizona, I work with buyers and sellers throughout Scottsdale, Phoenix and the East Valley, including clients purchasing or selling primary residences, luxury homes, golf community properties, second homes and investment properties. For sellers, that means looking beyond simply putting a home on the market. I focus on preparation, pricing, positioning and negotiation to develop a strategy that reflects the property, current competition and market conditions. For buyers, I provide the information and perspective needed to evaluate neighborhoods, properties, market value and negotiating opportunities before making a decision.

Having worked through more than two decades of changing real estate markets, I understand that the right strategy can look very different depending on the property, location and market cycle. My role is to help clients understand their options, anticipate potential challenges and make informed decisions from the first conversation through closing.
